Been there - pulled a pin out of my ass once... wife walked in and found me spraying blood out my rear end. I'm like, "Hi honey, can you hand me the gauze and some alcohol please..."

BTW - you hit something dude, you'll be fine. Usually you can see the very end of the pin (by the syringe) turn red after you stop administering the gear... that is a sign that something has been punctured and you'll probably bleed pretty bad once you remove it.

it was probably some of your gear too

iv had it happen a few times..you know right away when you see the consistency of the blood.

a trick I learnt to avoid this from EVER happening is....

before injecting, pull your skin with your finger, then inject, and when your done, the skin will place itself back and cover the hole from where the pin entered.

If possible I would leave the pin in there for a minute of 2 after you have finished squeezing the plunger, this allows the oil to dissapate into the muscle and creates less pressure around the injection site and hole you have just created
