    PCT inquiry

As I am coming to an end of my systanon 250, Im going to wait two weeks and start using my PCT.

Now the thing is right after I start I am leaving on vacation, will I be functional? or will I be energyless? Worthless? Sexless? Sick? People looking at me and seeing somethings not right?
Also leavin on a trip for a month, means no gym, whats the best way of sustaining my gains?

    Thanks!

Hard to tell how YOU personally will be during PCT. Different for everyone so its a wild guess for me. And if you have no access to a gym I say there isnt much you can do to sustain gains aside from not going on the trip, which would be my personal option if it meant taking A MONTH off from the gym during PCT. Actually since it seems asthough this is your first cycle since you dont know how PCT is Im confident to say you will lose 90-100% of your gains.

You know what the answer is. Your Libido will be close to nothing use some cialis if need be, energyless what helps me is take ephedrine before the gym to help motivate you, worthless a little but always think positive. If you look like the fish in your avatar then yes people will think something is wrong with you, no ones looking at you and no one will think something is wrong. It will be in your head.

But to be honest you cant expect to get off your run and then cruise on pct, this is the most important part of your run. Pct is what makes you keep your gains or be worst off then starting. You need to train close to the same a little less is expected and your diet must be in key also your sleep. If your are serious of your training you make sure theres a gym near by train hard and your diet must be on the money.

    Since when?
It's never meant that for me!
But assuming this is accurate, take some advice from Apollo Creed (Rocky III):

"We've been living modern, but now we're gonna train old."

Translation: Go Old School (not Will Ferrell’s either)...push-ups, sit-ups and dips. Find a park to do chin-ups (most swing sets will do) and run some hills. And many girlfriend easily double as barbell equipment, but then many don't!

I hate to be the one to have to tell you this, but exercise pre-dates gyms.
