Ummm, winny needs to be shot ED, period. If you can't that then drink it. However, I don't recommend you shoot your winny only on the same days you're shooting your EQ. This is going to make your levels go up and down and up and down, etc... Winny needs to be shot ED because it has no ester so it's in and out of the body in a matter of hours. I've read/heard people shooting esterless AAS 2x ED, AM and PM to keep levels all that more steady. Just food for though. Keep shooting the winny daily, otherwise drink it if you can't deal with the pain.

Some guys go eod at double their ed dosage and have sucess, its not test so it wont effect you harmone levels.

YOU can mix ANYTHING just pull the oil first then the water base... that way u dont BLAST THE water based compound into ur muscle after the oil finishes...

and anyone who says u kant mix is a damn fool who has never had the fun of making a lava lamp/level outta their syringe!
