    splitting winny doseage

    i have 50mg winny tabs but i know the half life is 12-16 hours so is it best to split this up into 2 and have it like 6-8 hours apart, or does it not matter and just take it in 1 go, also does it matter wen u take winny?

    half life is WAY LESS than 12-16hrs LOL
    the ACTIVE HALF life is closer to 8-9hrs thus u wanna break dose up into 3 administrations w/ an even spread of 8hr intervals

    so basically ideally i would have 16.5g every 8 hours, to keep it constant 24/7 ??? so like first thing in the morning 8am, then 4pm, then 12pm just before bed??

    on this cycle, im splitting it up into 4 doses ed, but thats mostly cause of the dbol im taking too.

    wel see how this turns out
