how obvious are gyno lumps

how obvious will the lumps from gyno be? been kinda paranoid about gyno latley. havnt cycled in ayear or so but my nips are puffy. dont know if its gyno or high bf% i feel them all the time to try to feel the lumps but theres all kinda stuff back there that feels like "lumps". i think i can just feel the actual nipple, chest bones, ribs. hell its killing me to know. was going to the doc but they canceled and its hard to take off work. any body got any ideas. this probably insnt a good example but i was feeling my girls tits, haha, and could definatly feel a lump in hers, and soon as i poked on it she said it hurt. would it feel like that?

If the fat deposts are already there it is not going to hurt. The sensitive nipples usually comes on during the cycle. They will be sensitive to the touch for the most part. Not only that you will have a discharge from them. That is what I experienced in the past.

If you do your cycle right and take antie-e you should not get gyno.
