Nolvadex - PCT - How Long?

I'm coming off of a 12 wk cycle of Test E at 500 mgs per week.

My pct is going to be Nolvadex . I will start 14 days after my last injection but how long do I stay on Nolva. I'm going to be taking 20mgs a day.

At least a month but I would taper off until you feel normal and experience no negatvie sides after the one month mark.

20mg for the first month then 10 until you are comfortable with discontinuing.

Its been 10 days since I took my last injection. I never had ance but now my back is breaking out very bad. This did not happen during the cycle. Is it because my hormone levels have dropped so drastically.

I only have nolva in 20 mg capsules. Will the nolva taper my levels back to normal and get rid of the acne.

I read that Nolva increase your test levels by 150%. Does this mean when I stop the nolva my levels will crash again and the acne will come back.

If thats what you got, it will work. you'll be ok not tapering it down, even though it's better if you do. and no it get rid of the zits any time soon, try low does accutane.

In a word, yes. Its due to fluctuating levels of DHT, Estrogen, Testosterone and can also be a reaction to certain compounds. I know I dont like Clomid. This is often a side effect reported when entering PCT.

Look into Isotretinoin and invest in some Nizoral shampoo. Use the shampoo EOD and wash with it, leaving it on for 2-3 minutes then washing it off well. Sunbeds have also helped me a lot in the past.

It can help by lowering estrogen levels, but, I doubt it will solve the problem. For acne, see above.

It will raise levels to endogenous emounts eventually. However, more PCT compounds are needed IMO. I dont see Nolva on its own being aggressive enough here. My PCT protocol is:

wk 1-3 HCG 1000ius/ED (Mon/Wed/Fri)
wk 1-4 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 1-5 Proviron 50mg/ED

4-5 weeks after the cessation of PCT, bloodwork is done to see if another lighter/more aggressive PCT is needed. I also use Creatine and L-Glutamine year round.
