what helps lower appetite
I just got off a cycle and my appetite is through the roof. Is there anything that can help. Is Meridia an appetite suppressant? If I keep eating this many calories I'm going to get fat as hell!

Hmmm, besides ephedrine I know of another but will have to come back with that info....I forget the name of it but it works really good supposedly.

Sibutramine!/stimulants
water LOTS OF IT but hten u need to make sure ur getting ample sodium.

I drink coffe, diet soda, a shitload of water, also I find clenbuterol helps suppress my appetite as well

ITs hoodia and chromium picolnate works wonders 4 me...u just have to pop it day in day out, personaly get of the clen and cycle between that and an ECA stack, i think the ECA is better, The clen made me so hungry i found it almost pointless

why would you want to lower your caloric intake??? post cycle you should want to keep your intake up, especially protein - don't eat a lot of carbs, but add another serving of protein, eat more greens but IMO i wouldn't want to cut calories until you are trying to lose weight bro.

trying to stay at 7 or 8% off cycle is hard to do unless you eat right and lower calories.

You don't want to be suppressing your appetite when you have just finished a cycle, infact use this to your advantage, you need more calories at this stage to help keep and maintain the gains, never suppress the appetite food is far to important to gains and maintenance, if your getting fat your eating the wrong stuff.

I find Ephedrine (ECA stack) kills my apetite right there...also tobaco, and coffee would do the same...but I would have to agree with MArcus about not diminushing your calorific intake post cycle...just watch out what you are eating and dont slop off on the training....many people tend to do that after a cycle: decrease training intensity...for some its psychological: no gear - no tough training...but then this is wrong...you might want to up the cardio a little...if you are really concerned and cant control your diet, you might want to look into Xenical...dont like it much but it controls/greatly reduces the fat intake in your food...
