Thread: Bloating????

    Bloating????

    I was just wondering if any of you guys get bloating in your midsection(abdominals area)?? Im currently on day 5 of my first cycle of 30mgED dbol and 600mg Week TestE and my stomach seems to be bloated,,but thats the only place I see it. Kind of looks like im starting to get a beer belly!!!LOL As of today in the gym I was MUCH stronger and pumps were crazy,,when I got on the scale a little bit ago I have already went up 5 pounds in 5 days. At first I was thinking I was eating too much but if I had to guess I would say if anything im not eating enough. And My diet is clean. What do you guys think?? Also I went ahead and took my first dose of Nolva today and plan to continue 10mg ED through my cycle just to be safe. Will this help??

    yeah, dbol will put some water weight on you... i just started my dbol/sust cycle a little over three weeks ago and i've put on close to 20lbs already. i've been working up to 35mg/dbol per day, but the back pumps may be too much so i may back it down a bit. been eating 5000 calories/day (clean) and drinking 3 gallons of water and this has worked great for me. also, i'm 22years old, 6'0" 258lbs and roughly 19%bf.

    it's tough to determine whether you want to go for max strength development (with bloating) or keep it a bit leaner by running letro or something along those lines... this may hinder your results a bit, however. just depends on what you're looking to do.

    i'm running .10mL of Lion's letro on Mon/Wed/Fri just to help fight off any possible gyno in addition to 35mgDbol and 375mg Sust250/week.

    I am currently 170lb 12%bf and just a smidge under 6ft. The bloating doesnt bother me at all as long as its that and not fat!!!!! Im taking in right at 4000 calories a day,,so I shouldnt be gaining any fat??

    I am currently on my 8th week of 600 mg of test every week and 500 mg of EQ every week. I also am taking t-bol for the first 8 weeks and I am about to stop t-bol. On my 5th week i started taking proviron and nolvadex once a day, and i must tell you this combo ROCKS. I have nothing but lean muscular gains and no bloat whatsoever. If you can get a hold of NOLVADEX and PROVIRON I would highly recommend it and run both together.

    im on wk 9 of 500test C and 400mg deca . for the 1st 5wks was taking 30mg of dbol . and finally im just starting to gain more weight. i guess i started dropping water weight from the dbol.

    I don't personally believe consuming a ton of extra calories works for me. Why? Because even though I work my ass off, I will gain fat. 4000 calories would do me in. I try to eat clean and keep calories slightly above normal intake. I also monitor my body daily to make sure I am not gaining fat. If I am hungry, then I'll grab a chicken breast, tuna or cottage cheese.

    Finally, using a AI helps reduce water and gives you a chance to see where you bf is. Use the pinch test since a scale is misleading.

    After I finished my Sustanon 125mg EOD, my midsection grew at least 4 inches. I'm now 6 weeks into my PCT and it is down to its original size, even looks slightly tighter then before. Good luck man.

    also heard great things about this combo.. what was the dosage of the nolva and proviron ?
    How are your results coming along?

    Ive dropped my calories back a bit because 12 pounds in the first 12 days was unreal. Strength is way up. Gonna start the nolva now
