Sick on gear

I just started my cycle and am in my first week and feel sick ... nauseous , headaches , and painfull injection sites. ... my gear is from the same source i used for years and 100% trusted ... i am takingenanthate,deca ,and prop and nolvadex .... any thoughts on this ... is it maybe the gear ... could it be couse its an underground lab ... and anythoughts how to fix this couse i couldnt even make it into work today ...
i feel like shit and my injection sites kill my ass hurts like a bitch... anythoughts are greatlly apreciated.

prop is known to cause pain and you might just have a case of the test flu

how long you think this would last?? i know with fina i get sick first week and i am good after 5 days my body adapts .. should i expect the same with this
