Clenbuterol and...
Okay so i plan to begin clenbuterol , and from what ive researched it has everything i want, increase in muscle and increased body temperature to induse fat burning. I have heard that the only right way to cycle it is 2 on 2 off, like this:
1) 1 20 mg tab
2) 2 20 mg tab
3) 3 20 mg tab
4) 4 20 mg tab
5) 5 20 mg tab
6) 6 20 mg tab
7-12) 7 20 mg tab
13) 80 mg tab
14) 40-60 mg tab
is that correct? i have also read that it advances the effects of steroids taken simutaneously, though im not sure if that is true. Anyways what steroid should i take alongside this and how should i cycle it? I am looking to gain lots of muscle mass, while at the same time use the clen to lose 10-20 pounds. Also how effective is the clen for weight loss,

This was the cycle that I used minus the t3. it worked great. Keep researching and good luck.

my problem is that, at the end he said plan to lose muslce mass, thats not what i want to do. I am at the gym 5 days a week, i need a boost for football season, i want my upper body to be like my lower body. Is it safe to take clen while having 3 football practices a week, 2 cardios, and 5 days atleast at the gym?

i want to lose body fat, while at the same time gain muslce, thats why i asked what steroid i should take with clen as i have read it advances the effects of steroids you take with it.

well i am definately not new to the gym, i just need some names of somethin good to take with it, that will give me a boost, though i still need to know is it safe to play football, 5 days in the gym and 2 cardios while on clen and t3

personally, i would take precaution due to the fact that increased body temperature from clen will heighten in the head while wearing a football helmet. Im not telling you what to do but its up to you. if you decide to go with it then make sure you eat well to compensate for the intense practices and hydrate like nobodies business.

okay but can someone please tell me what steroid to take with that cycle, i am new to all this and need advice, thats the question ive asked since the first post, and its the only question i have left

how old are you? im finding it amusing that you cannot post any information on your profile? High school football, trying to make varsity, wanting to impress, hoping to be all state. Whats your dilemma kid? Im finding any information to be useless dealing with a kid in high school. Eat right, and do cardio and train your ass off and you will see enough results you need. Through you typing with sudden urgency im just finding it a real tough time buying into the fact that your old enough to even be dealing with this kind of stuff. sorry man, cant advise on anything till there is proof that your old enough to even be dealing with this stuff.

im typing in urgency because i wanna be able to get it ASAP, and get a boost for the season. I am out of highschool and was all conference last year. i am playing another year outside of highschool, and the hoping to do a transfer program and play for a local university. I am asking for help that is all, as i am new on the subject.

no history taking steroids , as i have said i am new to this as for lifting stats
last checked i was:
bench press: 225 max <<< need to raise this alot
Squat: 450 max
Deadlift: 425
Clean: 215 <<< need to raise this alot too

im 18, ive been in the gym for a few years, but have taken breaks due to personal issues in my life, which have maken my gains minimal.

why is no AAS good for my age, i know people who have taken them at the age of 16 on.

Because you have enough natural hormones at your age to make good quality gains, you could damage your own hormonal balance, you dont need them all you need is a good base which is done over a few years of training and eating a quality food.
