Oh I see, I have never followed any particular training style I guess thats why Im lost. I just train to cause muscular hypertrophy and then feed my muscles with exceptional nutrition. I will call this Bino training.

I don't think it would be a prob. But I would rather just clean the diet up a little and not worry about taking more compunds...'cha know?

I wouldn't bother. Maybe another walk or two during the week.

    I'd say I can't hurt you...But then again, it IS clen .

Bump the cals up incrementally and constantly check BF% BINGO.

Keep up on cardio. It is very hard to enter a catabolic state when "on".

add more cardio... bulking shouldn't = fat.

    Cardio isn't catabolic.. undereating is.

Thus if you're eating above maintenance you should be fine.

Cardio makes ones body more efficient at dealing with food.. so in the debate clen vs more cardio.. clen loses.

    Nark

I thought i was the inventor of that? darn, there goes my self asteem. btw, i would not recommend running the clen but just eating the right amount of cals plus stepping up the cardio will allow you to increase metabolic rate as well as keep the unwanted fat off the body.

Well i didnt realize, you arent on any anabolics are you?

catabolism is still possible but overly expected I think.

Are you staggering your diet? Dante has mention that he coaches with periods of overfeeding, underfeeding, carb cut-offs... and such...

I have been using it the last two weeks with good results... I like the reasoning behind it. I will be leaving on vaccation back to the States this week so I will be taking a breather for a couople weeks... but once i get back and settled I plan on doing a DC log...

Try staggering your diet. Watch your weight and bodyfat - if you start to get too heavy and smooth - cut the carbs out for a few days. If you start to drop too much weight or start working yourself into the gutter - do a carb load. There is no reason to get fat on doggcrapp (for some reason that just don't sound right )... you should be partitioning plenty of calories toward fueling muscle growth.
