    info on a eca stack

    could someone please give me the right % per mg of each for a good stack, aswell as times a day. it would be a great help to me, for i hear all sorts of diffrent methods. thanks

    Taken 3 times daily, 4-6 hours apart. No later than 5-6 PM.
