Please anyone!!!!, please give me some information
ummmm....I'm new here and I really need some information on steroids . Through highschool I was in football and worked everday until jr year. I never really worked much after that.
The problem is that i feel I can never gain wieght so matter how hard I try. I never see gains in muscle mass. I was looking into steroids and it looked quite inticing. I'm 18 years old now and want to start training to become a fire-fighter. I basically just wish I had a really big and bulky physique. I see pictures all over fitness and muscle magazines and it's just so hard cause I feel like I can never attain a boddy like that cause of the way I'm built. I can never gain wieght.
so I was wondering...do you think steroids would be a good idea? Needles freak the $hit out of me, but the pills would be awesome. I haven't worked out for more than a year and my max went down drasticaly on every exersice. Would it be smart to take steroids? I want immediate results. I want to get buff fast and I heard this was the way to do it, but the side effects sound kind of shitty, infertility, mood swings, hair loss, severe acne. Does all that actually happen?
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION> I"M TOTALY IN THE DARK...

Steroids would be a horribly terribly shitty idea for you. You are just 18, with proper diet and workouts you can achieve a lot drug free, wtih AAS though you have a very good chance of screwing up your body for good. Stay clean, workout hard and eat right and in a few years you may be ready.

thank you...me and my freind we're really considering it though. It's just hard cause it seems like no matter how hard I try, I can't gain wight let alone muscle mass. I wiegh 148, 18 years old, 8% body fat, and am 5'8. And I don't know it I should try to gain wieght and get fat then turn it to muscle, or jsut keep working out. I just get really envious of buff guys cause it's just like and unattainable figure that I wish I could have. And my girlfreind always tells me that I'm skinny and always checks out these really buff guys and I wish she'd look at me like that...

creatine, 2 servings of weight gainer a day and 3 cans of tuna a day... add that to your current diet... and see what happens...
then get off yer lazy ass and find a good bulking diet and do heavy compound exercises 3 days a week and sleep as much as you can... I went from 140 to 170 doing that in 3 months naturally....

Also, if it is real and your girlfriend wants a buff guy.....kick her ass out so she can find one. Don't ever try to change yourself for a woman. If they don't like you the way you are, they aren't worth having. Trust me, I've had more failed relationships than 10 men.

NO JUICE FOR QUITE A WHILE!!! EAT good foods...& lots of it..chicken/ turkey/protein shakes...etc..even carbs & fat!!! YES!!! Actively read the diet forum & learn how to make your body grow..learn about exercises that will HELP you to grow naturally..deads/squats etc..If you follow the advice of the VERY knowledgeable people on this board you will be very succesful at achieving your goals...Dump that chick you got & in 3 years...go find her...show her what your packin now & smile at her as you walk on by with a HOTTER chick at your side....Good luck brutha & welcome to the board.

If you can't gain weight/muscle naturally through training/rest/nutrition, taking steroids won't do anything for you.
Think of it as a waste of money.
