    Need Ur Help Guys

    OK i am New user here and Hope you guys will help me .. i am 6.1" long and 60 kg of weight.. i think u guys got how thin i am .. i didnt join any GYM yet .. so you guys guide me wht i have to do and which steroid will help me i want to gain weight mean mass .. please guide me . thanks in advance

    I suggest reading these forums for about a year and learning about food and lifting correctly before even considering gear. You will grow a lot w/out gear since you've never been to a gym.

    umm you should bloody train first, dont use steroids , its not a magic pill, you dont have wat it takes to use them AT THE MOMENT

    go without steroids for atleast a year man although i'de reccomend more... you need to build experiance on how to diet and lift correctly for the steroids to even be effective. steroids are not magic, they just supplment your natural hormones, if you dont know howto workout/diet your just wasting your money and putting your health at risk

    so ur advise is to join GYM ok .. somebody advised Orabolin + vivioptal to me .. but i will join local GYM today ..

    How old are you?
    DO NOT even consider AAS until you have reached your Natural peak. and since you haven't even worked out yet, I suggest 3-5 years of SOLID natural training.
    Stick around and read in ALL the forums especially in the DIET and TRAINING forums.

    ok Guys i will join GYM but any of you can tell me weekly diet .. mean what should i take in breaefast then lunch then dinner ... (ignore my english mistakes)

    you need about 6 meals a day, try and begin with atleast 30 grams of protien with each and alot of carbs! Then as you gain more and more size, add more protien and more carbs

    steroids are not something to take lightly... if taken incorrectly they can cause some serious damage to your system. you should really consider training for several years and studying the diet and workouts that going along with developing an incredible body.

    also, if you are ever going to successful with your physical development, or anything else for that matter, you need to take responsibility for your actions. success leaves clues and that's why we're all here... to share with each other the things we find helpful and counterproductive. we are a great resource for each other, but we do not spoonfeed anyone. you need to take time out of your life to do your research and put your blood and sweat into the gym. no one can do this for you and if that's what you're looking for then you're wasting your time.

    good things can happen to you, but you need to take a step back and look at the big picture. are you serious about building up your body? if yes, then prove it and take your time with it. there are no shortcuts to places worth going. there are plenty of articles and forums on this site outline proper diet and lifting procedures... use them.

    you need to start in the Diet and Training fourms, steroids are the last thing you want to do.. right now

    ok Buddies ok i will join GYM .. but plz tell me my daily or weekly diet mean i dont know much about which thing got how much protiens like that .. tell me something like this breakfast = 3 eggs + 5 breads ( example) like this please if any of u can

    No one is going to "make" a diet for you, and not in this forum!!

    The DIET FORUM is located on the main page near the bottom.

    There is the link, no excuses as to "I can't find it".

    You can also hire someone to make a diet for you, people like SwoleCat run professional businesses that do this for you.

    Steroids are the LAST THING YOU NEED being that you are very thin/skinny, have NO training experience, and most of all you have NO IDEA how to eat.

    W/out those, steroids do NOTHING.
