    simple cycle.. what do you think?

    Alright, iv been reading the forums for a while now and i think its time to start my cycle.

    I have taken 1AD, 4AD and M1t at very low dosses before but nothing big, so i dont know if this would be considerd my first cycle or not. I wanted to Run Test-E for 12 weeks @ 500Mg's. Im going to run ARR's Clomi/Tamox for pct. My diet isnt bad but i will eat alot better on cycle. right now im taking in about 250-275 grams of protein a day. Im hopeing to get alot of advise and tips from all of you guys, thanks alot.

    You have quite a bit of bodyfat, no offense but eating good doesn't put you at almost 20% BF. I'd get the diet and fat under control before partaking on a cycle, ppl always say "I'll change it once I get on" but all that will happen is you might eat a bit better on cycle but then don't know how to make gains/lose fat while off so you become reliant on using drugs. Take it for what it's worth but I see it all the time.
    I'd start with posting your diet that you don't think is so bad in the Diet Forum and let us critique it, followed by pics in the members pics forum.
    If you do one or both of these things I think we can help you out alot more than saying yes or no to this cycle, as I'm not ruling it out but making suggestions.

    no offense taken, i hear ya, my diet in the past has been complete shi*t. I have gotten my weight down from 220 to 197 w/o loosing to much muscle. Im not sure if my BF is at 18%, it is just an estimate.

    Great progress, but honestly I think you have a ways to go until you're ready for anabolics, they really aren't needed for what you want to accomplish. But hardwork/dedication/commitment are. Again, I'd post ur diet at the very least.

    - 6 eggwhites 1 slice of Amer. cheese
    - 1 packet of tuna, whole wheat bread, 1 slice of amer.cheese 1 tbs mayo
    - 1 packet of tuna 1 tbs mayo
    - pre workout shake 1/2 cup milk 1 scoop whey
    - Post workout shake, 2 scoops whey protein
    - 2 Ravioli w/ meat sauce (very little), Chiken breast
    - Protein shake 1/2 cup milk
    Snacks:
    -Protein bar
    -Pistachio nuts

    This tells me nothing but the types of food you eat.. repost it in the diet forum with correct Macros per meal (amount of Protein/carbs/fat) as well as total calories.
