    clenbuterol with creatine

    im trying to strip off as much bodyfat possible. ive been using clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 off. i just got my hands on 100%pharmaceutical grade creatine monohydrate and im wondering if i can use the creatine (loading,maintanence phase etc.) while taking clenbuterol, to strip bodyfat while retaining my mass and possibly gaining strength. p.s.(my clenbuteorl dose is 120mcg per day)

    Creatine is a waste. Just bloats you with water. That is all, Aren't you trying to get lean?

    Although you guys are right about the water weight I never saw why this was a big deal. Why do people say you cant cut with deca ? It is all dependent upon your cardio/diet imo. So it adds some water ok so what? It in no way means you have gained bodyfat, and water can be removed from the body in a matter of days.

    I dont think creatine is GREAT but I think it has some benefit, so if you want to use it with clen than go ahead. But I would make sure to drink a lot of water (2 gallons per day) and take some taurine/potassium.

    I just think clen and creatine contradict eachother when your goal is to lose weight. I rather be watching my weight go down than gaining weight andtelling myself "its just water." To each his own..

    LOL Theres quite a big difference between deca and creatine....

    Yes but my point is based on the theory not the actual compounds.
    I was pointing out that it is similar to when people say not to use d-bol, deca etc in a cutting cycle. You are advising him against it because of water. I dont see why water matters. Thats my point.

    I Completely understand your point about bulking steroids and how you can cut Bodyfat with them. I'm just stating that ALL he is gonna see from creatine is just some water. No muscle just some water.

    weight =strenght =gaines. i love creatine
    always benifits me after pct for keeping strength up i dont mind the water like said above can be takincare of many different ways.asparagas is a wonderfull thing for expeling water fromt the body

    i agree this doesnt make sense water is JUST WATER you are still burning fat
