how long have you been training? i have a feeling that you should not be using steroids , especially at 20.

Ahh, well. I haven't started training yet, starting this week. Thought i'd look down the steroid route to see if there was any chance of bulking up quicker.

No offense, but you're clueless. You are looking into steroids and you've never even trained. I think you should train for 2-3 years and then consider using steroids. Good luck, and check out the training and diet forums.

i sincerly hope you mean that buddy. check out the training and diet forums for sure. forget about steroids for now, hell, even supplements in general, apart from protein. just to simplify it, as i realise how daunting it is when starting out, train 3 times per week for starters, hitting each muscle group once per week (chest, back, shoulders, legs, arms) and try to eat atleast 4 meals per day, keeping protein at ATLEAST 1g per pound of bodyweight. believe me, this is THE MOST BASIC of knowledge, but i think just following the rules above when starting out, you will be more likely to stick at this lifestyle, rather than bombard you with enough info to confuse the crap out of you, and put you off for life. good luck mate

YOu need to have a solid BASE of muscle BEFORE you ever start using AAS.
First thing is that you are too young and your body is still producing more than enough NATURAL hormones and you can make GREAT gains IF you get the proper training and diet which is the foundation for any AAS cycle anyway so if you don't have that yet, AAS will do you NO good at all and could possibly screw up your HPTA for the rest of your life.
I would personally hit the gym for at least 3 solid years, no on and off training, solid years and then consider using something to help get past the sticking points which you haven't even come close to yet.
Stick around here and read in the diet and training forums and learn all you can and when the time is right for you , WE will be glad to help you do this the safest and most benificial way for you!

If you get a good diet and training programme you're first 6 months will be like you are on steroids anyway. You will grow like crazy. Using gear this early would be foolish.

I have been training solid for a year going to the gym 5 times a week sometimes 6 and my routine is fine i rotate the muscle groups so that most of them get 24hrs rest. I have been on a balanced diet and been using protein supplements aswell but cant seem to build muscle mass i have burned off any fat that i had on my body aswell. Would like someone to please ive some advice on what to use and what not to use

First bit of advice is do NOT hijack someone elses thread. It is best if you just start your own thread to ask your question that way you will get a better reply.
24hrs of rest for each muscle group is NOT near enough. I only hit each group ONCE a week.
We need yor stats to help you. give us your age, height weight BF% diet etc...
There is a det and training forums here that will help you get those areas in line as I feel that is what need adjustment for you first before even considering using AAS. One solid year of training is NOT even close to being enough for you to reach your natural peak before considering AAS.
Hope this helps
