Cardio Before Breakfast On Gear
I'm currently 4 weeks into my tren /prop cycle and I decided to throw winny into the mix yesterday.
I was wondering if it is bad or good for me to be doing cardio before my first meal of the day. Normally when I'm not on gear I would never do this because it would send my body into a catabolic state and i would burn muscle along with the fat. But do you reccomend that it's ok I do cardio before my first my while on gear if I'm trying to cut weight? How much of an adverse reaction to my muscle building will this have.
Thanks!

I do 30 mins on the elliptical before I eat (any other cardio without food kinda makes me sick). Come home and have a meal replacement shake. Then I eat and workout normally like i would throughout the day and at like 8pm at night I do another 30 minutes of cardio, but running outside. Is this enough cardio combined with dieting and the tren /prop/winny/anavar or should I be doing more? I haven't done more because I was worried about muscle loss but I'm more concerned about cutting so if you guys dont think 1hr a day of cardio is enough plz let me know.
Thanks!

Also...it is more effective in burning fat to do cardio on an empty stomach right??? I was only doing this because I assumed that if i ate first I would just be burning of the calories fro mthe last meal

Are you doing any workout routine with weights? cardio 2 x's a day is unnecessary.
Your pm workout routine is to keep those muscles pumped and also serves as a form of cardio.

Yeah I hit the gym hard with the weight training also but recently I have tried to do it at a different time than my cardio. Previously I would lift weights for an hour then do cardio for 1/2 hour and leave the gym but since i've been on AAS I've felt the need to eat a meal immeadately after my weights workout so I do the cardio at different times of the day.
Is that a better strategy for cutting weight and maintaining muscle than doing cardio immeadately after my weight workout?

AM cardio, then take 10g BCAA's Post cardio, wait 15mins and take first meal..
PM cardio 2.5hrs after last meal, take 10g BCAA's 30mins after cardio and go to bed.

If I was doing cardio first thing and no weights, I would change my PWO meal from a MRP as many contain lots of dextrose/maltodextrin and this would stop the fat burning process

I would never exceed 130bpm for prolonged periods either on an empty stomach or on a cycle.
