Would it be ok if i used 5000 iu's once a week of pregnol??

Better to divide your doses up into 500IU ed, also you should run nolva with it to help prevent desensitization of leydig cells to LH.

Wouldn't be better to do the 5000 iu's for like two weeks just to shock the system?? Is nolva expensive?

Nolva is cheap, ARR carries it and can get it to you quick. As for the dosing, I do favor the shock idea, but you don't want to overload the leydig cells with imitation LH you may diminish their response to real LH when it comes on line. For me, I get excellent response from 500IU and prefer to keep up the leydig cell stimulation for a 10 days or so, rather than all at once.
