I have a question about estrogen and test

I just started a low dose cycle of test cyp. I want to see how I react to lower doses. I am taking 200mg every 5 days. Keep in my, I never took test c before, I have always taken test e. I am on week 4.

I've been very lethargic the past week, I am not sleeping well, I fall asleep ok, but I wake up about 2 hours before my alarm goes off and can't get back to sleep. That is odd for me cause I usually sleep very well. I lose my breath really easy and my workouts are not too good cause of that.

Could this be caused from elevated estrogen levels, or would this be too soon for that? I have nolva and don't want to take it unless I have to. I'm not bloated up or anything....I never bloat from juice.

Its from elevated TEST levels not estrogen.
Learn to use mild stimulants, like energy drinks before workouts, or whenever really lethargic. Intensity = growth..

mild stiumulants won't affect you negatively as long as u stick to a good diet and keep hydrated and don't overdo it.

pooks is correct..elevated test cause adrain on the body , that is why you get test flu, cause your body is not strong enough to fight the virus casue it is trying to use all the test to repai9r the muscles..

I was drinking coffee about an hour before my workouts. That used to workout well, but now it actually makes me tired and kills my cns for some reason.

I usually take 500mg ew of test e in my previous cycles. I've done at least a half dozen cycles in the past which all included test e. I know in my previous cycles, I always felt very good on test. Maybe I just need to let my body adjust since I just started this cycle about a month ago.

I was going to use the nolva anyhow, but that can have some long term side effects of what I read anyhow. Correct me if I am wrong in this.

    Hows your BP.
High BP usually makes it impossible for many to get a good nights rest.

Taking in to much Caffeine can actually make you feel more tired than you were before you took in any.

BP is 124/80 when I checked it today. That is actually low for me on cycle.

I think thought the lack of sleep kills my cns. I need like a good 9 hours of sleep a night.

I've been where breathe right strips at night to help me get more air in when I sleep. They seem to help.

Are you over training? Like you said your cns could be taxed.
It's odd that lack of sleep is a sign of overtraining, I always thought you would want to sleep more....

As much as i don't want to do this...........

Sorry but you are incorrect. Test 'flu' is not caused by the flu virus. A rapid spike in testosterone levels or most any exogenous hormone, especially in the case of using high doses of base or short estered hormones causes the body to treat the all of this testosterone , nandrolone , trenbolone etc in the blood steam as a foreign body. Hence the flu like symptoms.

Yes lack of sleep is a sign due to increaed production of stress hormones.

Overtraining shouldn't be an issue. I've actually tuned my working out down a bit and am taking more rest days. I think if I could sleep the whole night through, I would feel alot better.

I felt exactly like that, i gave it a efw weeks and I am completely fine now. I also was on 750 and 40mg dbol then and went to 500 though. I felt like I was overtraining but after taking a week off, it was obvious that wasnt the issue. Give it time, I think it will subside.
