Deca with Sust

For my next cycle (third), I was thinking of taking 500mgs of sust per week for 10-12 weeks. I'm just finishing up my second cycle which consisted of deca only (I know) at 300mgs weekly and I have been experiencing some joint pain. I have read that deca can help with joint issues so I was thinking of adding it to my next cycle. How much deca should be used to gain the benefits for my joints and should I start the deca at the same time as I start the sust or stagger them somehow? Thanks.

Start them at the same time..

1-12 sus 5-600mgs
1-10 deca 400mgs

The reason I like to run the sus a little higher is to offset the chance of deca dick.

300mgs should have helped your joints. < dose is fine for joints.

Start sust & deca at the same time just end the deca a week before the sust.

How were your gains with your deca cycle.

Any replacement dose with test will offset the chance of deca dick, it doesn't have to be higher....even though deca dick most likely wont occur, unless your an old man with a dead penis that needs viagra anyways.

Gains with the deca cycle have been good, both strengh and mass. I added twenty pounds from about 195 to 215 and my bodyfat stayed the same at about 12-14 percent. We'll see how well I maintain through PCT.

I also didn't have any trouble with deca dick on this past cycle (not even with the one fat girl).

Im call bs on this one. Many people on the board have gotten deca dick from running them the same dose. I also got it at 500/400 and Im not an old man with a dead penis.

So why would the bigger number be a factor, does it some how rule the other out???

200mgs will put you way above normal test levels, to make up for your 30mgs of natty test that will be shut down....

Yeah If he wants to run a low dose to prevent "deca dick". < which prob. will not happen to him like before.

BUT he can run 400 wait 600 wait 2 g's of test if he wanted to!

Your > deca theory to combat deca dick is flawed and outdated.

That is your opinion. I will say that some people respond differently and there is a chance one would not get deca dick..even running it with no test but that is not the rule.

You supplied zero proof. Many people on the board have said the same thing that Im saying. Im also telling you from first hand experience. Dangerdan you do what you want. Im merely trying to provide the benefit of my(and others)experience with deca . Good luck bro.
