    PCT after Deca Cycle

    Lets say I'm going to use 400mg/wk of Deca for 10 weeks of. After reading how a 100mg shot of Deca suppresses your natural test for around 30 days, how should I judge when to start my PCT?? Would I start a week after my last shot or sooner than that??
