How long shut down after Fina...

I'm in the final week of this cycle:

Week 1-7: Omnadren 250/week
Week 1-8: Test Cyp 250/week
Week 1-6: Fina at 75/eod
Week 5-8: Winstrol (orally) at 50/eod

I will start Clomid week 10.
I have read many times that Fina 'really shuts you down'. What exactly is meant by that??? What and for how long will be shut down???

It means that fina shuts down your natural test production quickly and fully. However, the half life of tren is only 72 hours.

I would recommend moving the fina more toward the end of the cycle.

Well, he's probably been done with the fina for a week now so don't throw it back in IMO. It should be out of your system by the time everything clears so I wouldn't worry too much. Just try and do everything right post-cycle to minimize muscel loss.

REduce training volume and don't cut back on food. Keep protein high and consider some Nolva as well, and L-dex if you can afford it. Maybe some glutamine and creatine.

You musta missed why he told you to move it. It has a SHORT half life, so you want to end it CLOSER to clomid than you did. Alot closer.
