Do you take a week off??
When you just ended your aas cycle, do you take a whole week off for recovery? I am worried if I do this that I will lose all my strength and muscle, since I will still be in PCT.

No reason to take a week off unless you feel like you are overtrained. If you begin to feel that way you can just do 1 week of detraining where you cut way back on volume and reduced the weight so that you are doing higher reps.

I prefer to take time off when I'm on, as I figure at least I won't loose too much & I know there's AAS floating around my body doing their job & helping any repair work thats needed
When I finish a cycle I actually use the time to focus & refine my diet & training as I know there's no gear in my system to cover my assLast edited by Duke of Earl; 08-04-2006 at 09:40 AM.
