loss of % with winny orally

I here that if you take liquid winnny in a capsule instead of IM then you lose 17-19 % of the strength. Is that true?

I don't think so but it may come in contact with the liver a bit faster due to the method of injestion and so the first-order pass would occur before an injectable would. Either way I would say its a negligible difference, but there are different pharmacokinetics involved based on method of ingestion.

I'll try and dig up an old pharm text later on today and re-post another response

YES, you are correct if you take injectable winny orally, you will lose about 18% of the potency so either up the dose to compensate or just inject
