    running

    I am currently on a 10 week 400 mg deca wk and 500 mg test e wk. should i be running while taking this?

    u need to do some form of cardio, could be runnin, bike whatever.. even when ur not cycling jmo

    thats what ive been doing, but do u think that jog .25 miles sprint .25 miles and continue doing this to the 2 mile point is overdoing it even with a 45 second to 1 min rest period inbetween?

    it all depends on what ur goals are.. but no i dont think its overdoing it

    i do cardio for approx 1 hr 5 days a week thats becuz i play soccer

    heelll yeeaahhh

    i dont think youll get as much weight gain as would be ideal for a body builder but as an athlete its a GREAT idea
