alternating shots?
can i alternate with quads and glutes like M-right quad, Th-right cheek, M-left quad, Th-left cheek? and if so what kind of pin do i need for the glutes? i dont have much of a booty

yes u can....2 inch for glute
1.5 for quad
1.0 not all the way in for delts, chest, bicep, tricep, calf
my recipe when i was ON AS, 1 year ago

yes thats fine.
usa a 22+ guage, 1.5 inch for glutes. I don't have much of an ass either but 1" is too small.
Use 1 inch for gluts and shoulders.

true, you can use a 1.5 inch for all your shots...just don't go all the way in.

23 guage, i get the 1.5 for all...tell u the truth, i dont do the glute unless i have someone do for me....cant see for shit...
also, once hit the stiatic nerve,,,couldnt walk for 3 days. hahah
not really funny..but go ahead and have urself a laugh

i would rotate quads & delts....easy to reach/see/aspirate & shoot. I would use 25g 1" pin. you may want to load the syringe w a larger(18g or 22g) pin -then shoot w the 25g... IMO...that would be the easiest
