Would I still feel a lump if I am lying down?
I have been treating my gyno with Letrozole for some time now and now curious to know when is it completely gone. Basically my symptoms are gone like the tenderness and sensitivity. If I press directly on my nipple I dont feel anything but when I squeeze around it and push in then it feels like there is a gland or its part of my pec or nipple. And when I lay down there isn't anything at all too. Only when Im upright do I feel that there is something behind my nipple but not directly behind it if you get what Im saying.

is it a hard peace of tissue that you can pinch?
It doesnt have to be sensitive if its already formed...
Are your nipples puffy/sticking out?
If so its probably gland and is still there. To know for sure have a surgeon check that knows his shit.

If there's a lump you would feel it no matter what your position is. Actually you would feel it more when your laying down. To be sure like hallmask had suggest.. Go to your Dr!

Yea thats what I plan on doing. Just waiting for him to call me back to schedule an appointment. The only way I can feel it is if I squeeze in deep surrounding my nip. I dont really feel anything directly behind my nip if I poke it or rub around. They do look a little puffy but it could have already been there. Most likely I will have to go in and find out. Hopefully, soon so that I can finally taper down off the Letro. Stuff is killing my libido!

Best way to feel is to put your arm behing your head and sort of stretch like you are trying to reach your back....if that makes any sense.....just pretend like you are doing one arm behind the head dumbell tri's.

Bro...i've never had gyno and am off gear altogether now..and can feel SOME tissue behind my nipple if I feel around enough..it's probably normal if it's that hard to locate.
