    gyno left untreated...??

I apologize if this isnt in the proper forum..wasnt quite sure where to put this thread so will a mod please move it if necessary...Ok so this coming friday I have an ultrasound/mammogram scheduled to check into a little peanut I have behind my right nip.I assume it is from a young & stupid deca only cycle so I consider this a lesson learned & so should anyone else.I am at 13 % b/f right now & you cant see the lump at all...it can be felt if you feel around & squeeze a certain spot.nips are slightly puffy.. the peanut is small & very slightly painful..I have been on cycle with masteron /test/var....have since dropped the var & added winny..also running letro at .50mg ED. the lump has not gotten worse or better. So, after friday I will know much more about what to do in my situation. My question leading up to this is...Does the peanut HAVE to be removed?? What are the downsides to leaving it there if it cant be seen & it really isnt painful?? thanks guys.

Why not try Cbino's advice and ramp up the letro to 2.5 and then hold until it goes away. It works for a lot of people..

definitley plan on doing that once my present cycle is over.Obviously want to try to get rid of it any way possible leaving surgry as a last resort. I think upping to 2.5 ED would be a lot being on cycle.

It might get worse if you leave it and run AAS. I would try the letro at high dose, although it did nothing for me @ 2.5mg ED for 3 months.... it might work for you, see if that helps. Have you thought about getting it removed?

like I mentioned above..I have a mammogram & ultrasound on friday so I will see what the doc recommends.I obviously would rather NOT have surgery if I dont have to but I was wondering if anyone had real world experience with NOT having it removed..It really hasnt worsened in quite a while..nor has it gotten any better..on cycle it is slightly more sensitive. I will try the high dose letro as per C_BINOs thread after my present cycle is over.if that doesnt help...then I will make a decision. Is there any negative possibliities to leaving it there...other than the obvious. to the naked eye...its not visible.

I will be keeping a log in this thread to keep guys updated & hope that any info I can provide will help.
my mammogram & sonogram from today showed very little. the technicians said that if it is glandular tissue, it is extremely difficult for the mammo or ultrasound to distinguish from muscle(i have a muscular chest) & glandular tissue. If it were a tumor or cyst or something OTHER than glandular-then it would be easily seen on the sono or mammo.Next step is to see a specialist & go thru the motions & get a biopsy. updates to come.

My body fat at the moment is about 13%..there is a definite almond sized nodule there. It is somewhat sensitive to the touch, but cant be seen to the naked eye.the left nipple area has no lump/nodule & is not sensitive at all. they both look the same visually to the normal person.

dont take the advice while trying to reverse gyno on cycle thats stupid.... myself as well as many others would recommend doing it off cycle... but its your choice.. i plan on running my cycle with arimidex ed.. and after im done with pct and everything doing C_bino's gyno reversal

Try Bino's therapy protocol, it'll work on cycle as well as off.

thanks for that. So another update AFTER the biopsy. I get into the exam room & under a cloth is the surgical tools needed to do the biopsy. xylocane to numb the area...a 23g 1" pin , a scalpel, and a HUGE intstrument that looks like a gun with a 14GUAGE needle attatched to it.HOLY $HIT! there is NO WAY that thing could go into my tit.so when the doc arrived I asked how this was done & she explained that a small incision would be needed to get that needle in there to take core samples. she took 6 samples & the results will be back within a week. I asked a few more questions & if it is indeed gyno she DID NOT recommend removing it for the simple reason that it will cause NO HARM whatsoever(medically) now or in the future-EVER. It would simply be a cosmetic decision & that to remove "gyno" it would require removal of a fair portion of the breast tissue & in my case wouldnt be cosmetically beneficial b/c it is simply a small lump that is hardly visible to the human eye,if at all & the risk of removing breast tissue may make the chest look odd or inverted in the areola area.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Letro will only reverse/stop estrogen related gyno, right? Im in the same boat bro from tren (also a progestin), small pea-BB sized lump under the right one.
Off cycle, I ran letro at 2.5 ed for over three months, didnt do a damn thing.
Finding winny's anti-progestinic properties, I decided to ran four weeks of winny(alone against all advice, and best thing I ever did) at 90mgs a day for four weeks(would have ran longer if I could) and it made a tremendous difference. Took it from its original less-than-dime size to the bb/pea it is now.
I'm convinced if Id have ran it for a couple more weeks it would have completely dissapeared. perhaps with the addition of an AI or serm maybe.
    Anyone? Im no doc.

hey bruthas...I am back as promised to give my update on my gyno/lump situation. I just returned from the doctors office & the results of the biopsy were negative-so thats a relief.however the doctor was surprised that I wasnt or isnt gyno. Its something called a HAMARTOMA(obviously mine is benign). according to the doc & webmd & the medical dictionary...a HAMARTOMA is a benign tumorlike malformation resulting from faulty developement in an organ & composed of an abnormal mixture of tissue elements that develop & grow @ the same rate as normal elements but are not likely to compress adjacent tissue...SO...It definitley needs to be removed & I am in the process of scheduling the surgery. It will be almost the exact same as gyno surgery-cut the edge of the areola, remove the mass & a stitch or 2 will be added, but the tissue or cyst that is being removed isnt actually gynecomastia . To me, the involvement of the tissue & growth makes me think that its still gyno but the tests say otherwise. I will keep you all posted. I'm open to any comments or suggestions.

    Peace GnJ

Dude, I've got the same thing! Letro didn't to anything for me either, expect it didn't secrete any fluid when squeezed when I was using letro. I might consider doing some winny in the future to help with the size.

    Keep us posted!

sup bros...Update.. Had the surgery yesterday & it went well...the doc said the mass came out no problem & all should be fine.It was the size of a peanut M&M or milk dud or so. Surgery itself took about 40 minutes & I was put out for about an hour & a half total.. they cut around the areola as if it were gyno surgery & i have 3 stitches"inside" & glue & sperry strips(??) on the outside. its starting to bruise a bit but all in all its not too bad. got some pain meds & thats all good.gonna try to take some pics...a few befores, now & then next week when i get the strips off....thanks for the support guys.

ok guys..sorry to keep bumping this up but i told you i would keep everyone posted on the info.. Follow up visit 8days after surgery today. all looks great the doc says & the pathology report came back as....wait...can u guess...GYNECOMASTIA !!!! She was unsure why the biopsy showed some abnormal cells originally but like i thought...it was a nice gyno lump. so thats the report..all is good...feels a bit tender & sore still & she says the scar wont ever be visible when its healed. I resized the pics for you guys. thanks for your interest & comments along the way.

Hey, thanks for the updates, I took a couple of cycles underage and stupid and now I have the same thing so I really appreciate the updates. I am thinking about not taking it out because it is a 4,200 dollar surgery. I am thinking about joining the military and am afraid that it may disqualify me. So maybe when that time comes, I will take it out. But you are saying they told you it was something that didn't need to come out so maybe it won't.

Also, does it get worse if it isn't removed?
