Cramps!
Hi all,
I`m in week 12 of my test +deca +winnie cycle and from 2 weeks ago
i`ve been getting severe cramps after high rep (over 10 reps) training,
in upper abs, triceps and sometimes biceps!
What the hell is happening to me?
I`m taking electrolytes post workout and a minimum of 4litres water E.D.
What am i doing wrong?

Get more water
take some potassium
take some L-taurine
Sounds like not enough fluids to me
Winnie will dry you out also

i use Pottasim and they went away.

potassium, water, and stretch better. PLus more water water water.

Bro you are like me. I cramp easily and tried everything. here is your solution. SODIUM you need more sodium in your diet. what i do on legs day is, I come home and drink a bollion cube (1100mg of soduim) and i can sleep like a baby without cramping in my sleep.

I`ll add some salt to my diet and even more water , 10x

Yes sir, when you drop your estrogen down to nothing you generally feel shitty and ache like hell. Try backin off the AI some next time.
