    I think I may be ready.

    Ok guys. I joined here in January 2005. I was 240 lbs. and out of shape. After lots of research and input from everyone here I decided that I was in NO position for my first cycle. Well, 18 months later. I'm 40 lbs. lighter and in pretty damn good shape (waist size 40" to 34"). I now want to pose a question for the experienced users here. My goal obviously is to gain mass, but more importantly get ripped. I don't want the massive look, just lean and muscular. My diet is WAY better than it was and cardio is great. Most importantly I want to MINIMIZE the sides. With that said, I'd like to see some recommended cycles, including PCT. Thanks to everyone, I took 18 months to get where I'm at after listening to people here. I feel better beyond what words can describe compared to last year. Thanks in advance.

    sounds like you did a lot of work to get where you are!! Congrats!! now do a little more work on here research. there are threads and stickies about begginer cycles and a forum on PCT

    we cant "give" you a cycle, we can only help once you decide what you want to do and understand exactly what you are doing

    if i wanted to get ripped i would use tren prop and masteronand hcg and then use nolva and proviron for pct
    but that sjust me

    You are suggesting Tren for a first time user???

    I used tren my first cycle.

    I think the sides are over exaggerated most of the time. I can honestly say I had NO sides other than sweats.

    This should be a friggin sticky!!!!

    As for first cycle I am going to stick with the old standby, Test E or C 500mg/wk for 12 weeks.

    I agree ...1 and I mean 1 compound to see how your body reacts to AAS would be my recommendation...by the way good work on being patient and doing the hard work.
