Question LUMP 2 1/2 inches from nipple WTF??

OK guys Im freakin out now..Im a little over 4 weeks into my teste/dbol cycle and tonight in the shower I noticed a small hard thing shaped and sized like a very small pea. My nipples are not itchy and the little ball is not tender at all..In fact I found it on accident...BUT the thing is like 2- 2 1/2 inches away from my nipple it is on the slope part of my outer lower/mid pec (For some reason I remember from health class that there is a gland there but I dont remeber why it would be swollen)... I am taking .25 l-dex ed.. I think i will up it to .5.. is this gyno even though it is not behind the nipple or is it maybe something worse - my brain is telling me breast cancer but I think I know better than that ..I hope...\\

any thoughts or info would be great

I read the thread and tried to search But couldn't really find out what it could be, his post does not mention anything regarding a growth in that area- thus why Im confused

ok just in case it is indeed gyno I will start the Letro protical for reversal during cycle...now I am taking l-dex right now which will stop and I will use the Letro until the end of my cycle.. If I read correctly I should be able to just run the letro up until the 1st day of PCT , then add my PCT to the letro for the first day, then drop the letro and continue with PCT..

I don't think it is breast cancer because men's breast cancer is very rare and the first sign is your nipples will turn inward.

I'd say fat deposit or may be gyno.

if it isnt gyno would I be doing harm by switching from l-dex to the letro reversal method?

I may go see one. I just hate doctors.. BUT I now remember that this same time last year I had a swelling in this same area- then I got one just under the surface of my sac..Im just sooo paraniod now that I feel my nipples a little sensitive BUT only when I am thinking about it...so I dont know, I am going to up my l-dex to 1mg ED for a couple days then level it out at .5 and see what happens.. I will have Letro in a couple days but I only want to use it if I really have to.
I figure with 10 weeks left before PCT this will give me some time to up the l-dex and see what happens if this grows anymore I will hop on Letro. The size it is right now is hardley noticeable and Im still a little confused about the rebound effects of using Letro (if I run it the rest of the cycle Im pretty sure when I start PCT the anti e's should control the rebound.)

BUT now if I switch to Letro will I have any protection against E while I wait for the letro to kick in - or does the loading phase take care of that problem?

ALSO- I started this cycle at around 10% bf. I have been holfing a little bit of water and my BF according to my calipers is now up to 13-15 % BF. My diet is at about 95% as far as being tight but I gain fat easy - so I am also going to tighten up the diet to 100% and step up the cardio a bit. I had a coworker who knows I juice feel the lump and he has one just like it on his hip the he said his doc told him it was a fat deposit..BUT I am still nervous..

fat deposit isnt hard tho....u should go get it checked, it HAS to be a bad case of gyno if its hard n lumpish

    keep us posted n updated

I had a couple guys at work feel it and they all agree that it is not really hard at all , rather a medium soft- one guy said it felt like a cyst and the other guy had the same feeling thing on his hip..

Mine is right on my muscle on the slope and as of right now it is smaller than when I found it AND it is not really round now it seems to be almost oval. I can sqeeze the sh*t out of it and feel nothing at all and like I said it isnt rock hard it almost feels like I could make it explode it I really wanted 2..

Im still nervous BUT after talking to some people and spending about 2 hours searching on here I am a little more at ease..BUT still trying to figure out exactly what to do (letro or up the L-dex for a bit and see what happens).

cancerous tumors are usually hard and cannot be manipulated under the skin. i have had an enlarged lymph gland in my armpit for the last 12 years due to a bone infection i got in my arm after surgery. i thought it was hotchkins but the 3 different doctors i spoke to all said the same thing: its soft and maleable, tumors are hard and tight to the surface, cant be moved. go to a doc and see what it is. i have had fatty cysts before, easily removed in the office.

could be a cyst, spot due to grease buildup or even ingrowing hair if you wax your chest/nipples

sounds like me but only one on the side. If I was not on a cycle I wouldnt even care about it but the fear of gyno has made me crazy- I did loose a boat load of weight over a 4 year span and my chest has always been a harbor for stubborn fat..

If I go to the doc does he need to know Im on AAS? If it is in my best interest to tell him for my own safety , can I get in any trouble?

the information could be put in your file and that information will be checked over (as it is periodically) by your insurance company and they will note it than you have little chance of getting insurance through any other company again.

if he agrees to not put it in the file you are ok.
