    2nd cycle help

    my first cycle was
    wk 1-4 30mg dbol ed
    wk 1-12 500mg test e e/w shots split mon/thurs

    Im trying to plan a 2nd cycle .... I want to bulk up but try to stay as lean as i can..... ..
    Im currently 5-9, 195lbs at 11% bf
    what do you think????
    1-4 dbol @ 40mg ed
    1-15 test e @ 500mg ew
    1-14 eq @ 400mg ew
    12-17 winny @ 50mg ed
    pct begin a day or 2 after last winny shot? all help is appreciated

    i would recommend something like arimidex to keep the extra bloat off
