Keep it going?
Hows it going guys.. I was a past member and just started back up. Anyways I', 5'9 178 with low b/f .....Ive used several compounds in cycles before including Deca , Test, winni, Dbol , Clen , Sust etc... I am currently on cycle (week 8) and I have been running 500mgs of Sust with 300mgs of Prop, and 140mgs of Nolva-Each week.... I had planned on the usual 12 week length but i would like to continue it and have a total length of maybe 18 weeks? I would like to drop my Sust in week 10 and Up my Prop to 500mgs (I react best to prop at 500) and add Eq with maybe a third compound like deca.....
I would like to know what you guys think about the longer cycles and do you think its smart to drop the sust(not getting much gains) and up my prop to what i know i react well off of.
Any and all opinions are appreciated.. Thanks Guys.

If you arnt gaining on that cycle I would be looking at my diet before I start blameing the juice. What have you gained so far ? And when did the gains stop ? What does your diet look like ?

I would stick to your planned cycle, longer cycles doesn't mean bigger gains sometimes the opposite occurs, if your not gaining on your cycle now i would look at your diet and training program.
