    anavar times to take pills.

    should i even out the dosage throughout the day or all at once? morning or night?

    Var is active for about 10 hours. I split the dose in two and take them at around 8.00am and again at a round 6.00pm.

    Var's half-life is around 10hrs. I prefer to split my doses with my meals and once before retiring.
