    AAS and Non training days

What do you guys do on your off days? Is it a complete lounge, eat and get fat day?

I am assuming every has a couple of days where they are completely lazy and just recovering, eating, resting etc. QQuestion is, do you change your macos? Reduce carbs?

Do you cut out a prebed shake or meal or is it still necessary?

so you just sit around and be lazy, and eat, recover?

If I typically train in the pm, most of my carbs are in the eve....but I dont want that today, right? So reduce ccarbs as the day progresses?

Prebed or in bed meal still a go?

If you eat more than you use you will gain fat.

VERY TRUE.......for me, I'll stick with Test and eq......still alows you to eat more cals and keep it clean, without the potential for some serious serious effects...sure it has some, but I dont mess with slin, and hgh

I generally eat more on training days, mainly because my body uses more calories on those days.

I also train in the mornings which seems to keep my appetite healthy early in the day which is when I feel less guilty eating. When I train early, I usually go to sleep earlier, which eliminates the urge to eat that extra late meal.

Like mentioned above, if you consume more than you burn, then there is always potentia for weight gain. Clean eating = muscle. Sloppy eating = sloppy gains.
