    ****. week 9 and INJURY

I'm in week 9 of my cycle of test-e, winny, deca . Just started to see significant gains last week and friday I broke my fvcking collarbone and separated my shoulder. I can't lift for at least 2 weeks. what to do? How should I change my diet? Any suggestions at all? Should I keep taking the winny?
    Thanks
    fvck!!!

but bro all I have left is like 3 shots of test-e(1500 mg). The winny I have about 28 pills of 50mg. So, you think I should start pct and not finish the test? man this is the worst. I should just inject the friggin test into my ballsack and snort the winny.

For diet it depends on what your doing now but I would reduce the calories and up the protein a bit. Can you still workout legs or is that too painfull ? I am thinking leg press leg extensions and leg curls. Obviously squats are out of the question.

I would do the same cycle again next time. Dude at 9 weeks your cycle was probably pretty much finished anyway, many guys only do ten week cycles.

thanks for the advice. I really didn't start to see gains until week 7 and last week I really started to notice a difference. I only gained about 8 lbs on this cycle, but my bf is down to 8. legs is going to be tough without leverage. I'm not even going to chance it. So, you think I should end it, start pct. take proper time off, and run the same cycle? thanks again. fvck!

Seriously man, IMO that is the smartest and safest thing to do. Look I know you are pissed but there will be many more cycles in the future. Dont sweat it, you will be back on before you know it.

agreed...getting yourself repaired is a priority or all else wont matter. do your PCT properly & come back healthy for your next cycle.

You definitely wont be out for 2 weeks if you broke your collarbone. I also have a separated ac joint in my right shoulder and its been about 8 months and its still not healed. I took HGH for about 3 months and it helped and I dropped it because I got gyno, but Im gonna get back on it.

I would add in some HGH to help speed up the healing process and maybe throw in some Aflutop for your shoulder which is what I am about to do.

I have broken both my collarbone and separted my shoulder and BOTH took almost 3-6 months to fully come back from seriously, who told you two weeks? I agree with everyone else here just start PCT now and save the gear for the next go around. Good luck with the collarbone bro, been there. How did you do it by the way?

months??? well it is a hairline fracture. both doctors told me it will take 2-4 weeks. wtf? it feels a LOT better today than Sunday, but it's still f-ed up. HGH? what will that do exactly?

I was performing (singing) and I tried to do a front flip off of a 5 foot railing onto the stage. I obviously have no clue how to do a flip. ouch!

it would be good to know the extent of the damage but here is my question to the pros.. which is better? if hypothetically some one couldnt train for 2 weeks. Start the PCT and not be able to lift in it (being in a catabolic state already) OR use the gear while healing and prevent most of the catabolism, then start PCT when u can work out again.. which is better? I dont know..

I completely broke mine in half playing backyard football, bone was almost poking through the skin. So of course it took longer for me, when i separted it, it took me a good 2-3 months to not hurt anymore but it was a pretty bad separation. When I get hurt I don't just do it lightly, I go alllll the way out. Haha.
