You need to go to the diet section and study up.Maybe try posting your daily intake and we can check it out. How much cardio do you do per week ?

yeah i know they are not a fat burner but with proper diet and lifting building more lean muscle mass should help right ive read about bloating and water retention im not going to cycle to try and lose weight but it will help me to more in the way of losing it right basiclly i would like to know your guy's opinion on exactly how i should go about cycling and what excercises would be most benifical in acheiveing my goals (hoping it will help me get the energy and strength to run longer and faster do more cardio and lift more)

19 and been working out for 5-6 years and are at 27% BF! Dude, pick up the weights, don't just stare at them while you're eating that double cheesburger.

You are no where ready physically to use aas.
The only cycle you should be "ON" is a bicycle.
Seriously , it would be a waste of time,$, and health for you at this point.
Get down to atleast 15% BF , it should be quite easy for you if you WORK at it.

Your diet is way off. One meal a day sucks, thats going backwards. Your actually slowing down your metabolism like that. Try some sample cutting diets in the diet section. You need to be running at least 3 times per week if your going in the service.Cut back to a 1 mile and work your way up. Do it slowly till you get adjusted to it. Your going to be running everyday there, better get used to it, if thats what you want to do. And by the way, why don't some of you guys give him some decent advice. AAS is not what he needs, but you could come up with something to help him out a little .

I know most people are told the same thing over and over here. Sometimes it just seems so negative. Maybe if more people on her got a little encouragement , they wouldnt be so quick to look for the easy way out for getting in shape
