Cycle advice
I am contemplating on running my first cycle. What is a good cycle for building mass then transition to a cutting roid? My stats are as follows: 59 207 lbs. 10% BF, 34 years old. I have been lifting for about 16 years. I lift 5-6 days per week and do cardio 5-6 days per week.

Welcome to AR. A little amount of research on this site will answer all your questions.
Anyway,
Week 1-12: TEST E @ 500 mg/ew
Week 1-PCT: Proviron @ 25 mg/ed
Keep it simple and make sure your have your pct dictated and on hand before your start.

for a mass building cycle I guess you should try test alone to see how you respond to it but you could go with
500mg test 1-12
400-600mg deca 1-10
1-12 .5mg adex approx
PCT-14-18 clomid/nolva
That should help you a lot considering you have been lifting for a long time and are on a good diet.
to cut I would erly more on my diet but a lot of people use tren . Be cautious of tren because it is the most notorious for negative side effects as far as I know. You could cut on that cycle I listed if you eat clean and do cardio.
After that cycle yo can try other compounds, build yer way up and learn what works best for you.

Thank you for all your advice, I have one other question. Every time someone uses the acronym PCT or they type Clomid it hyperlinks this to “anabolicreview-research” is this stuff comparable to actually purchasing and taking Clomid or other PCT’s?

if you are doing cardio along with weights 5-6 times a week you are going to find yourself having a real hard time "bulking"
I say look into the diet and training forums then worry about a cycle.

I feel that my workouts are great; my diet is also doing well. I reason I do cardio 5-6 times per week is that I will 35 in a couple of weeks and if I don’t do cardio, well those crappy love handles will make there appearance. I am sure anyone over the age of 30 knows what I am talking about. I would have done a cycle years and years ago but never really had the opportunity. Well the opportunity is here and I am going to take advantage of it.
