    Thumbs up new me! what you think?

    at the moment i am 21yrs of age,and currently weigh in at around 17stone12pound! with around 25% body fat! i av started a cycle of igf cycle of 50mcg per day (split over twice a day) and also 1mil of winstrol

    i was gona run it for 6 week.

    my aim is to put on some good quality muscle but also have a reducing of body fat

    my intentions are to train twice a day 5days a week,first of all a free weights training session in the morning around morning lasting around a hour and after lunch a good half hours cardio training with my sweat jacket on.

    with this info,how do you guys think il fair?

    some contructive advice please and some predictions on some potential results!

    Bro, I would stop what you are doing and do some research. A winnie only cycle is a bad idea. Steroids do not make you lose fat. The only one to show any of this is tren . I would read and re-evaluate what I was doing. I train for only an 1 hr a day. I train 6 days a week/one bady part a day and one day of not goin to the gym. I think training like you are you run the risk of overtraining and injury. Remember you grow when you rest not while working.

    25% body fat? Holy !@#!. You should try working outand doing cardio. drop 10-12% BF before starting anything. Go work out for 4 years, drop 12%BF, eat right, then gear it up. Looks to me like you have no clue what you are doing. Just the reason why steroids are frowned upon.

    I have to agree with everyone - IGF & winny will do fu<k all for you at 25%, whereas a good diet & AM cardio will work wonders

    wrong way round - cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning ( I'd do 45mins ) , weights after lunch

    sounds lke you need to do some serious research

    Agree. Don't do the gear it will be a waste of money. I would suggest doing your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and your weights after lunch. You will burn fat faster this way and you will have more energy in the weights room. Good luck

    There are a number of reasons why you shouldn't be thinking of using AAS, to name a few age,body fat and lack of knowledge and research on the products,

    You need to diet down naturally and concentrate on your training and diet program and do alot more research on the subject, you are in the right place to learn but i would go to the diet forum and check out the stickies at the top of the page and get yourself a good diet and drop that unwanted body fat down to a reasonable level,

    Also at your age you have enough hormones floating around to make decent gains naturally, AAS use is the last thing you should be thinking of, it isn't the answer to your goals,

    I Know It Sucks To Hear 'dont Use The Gear' But At Your Age An Weight Cardio And Caloric Reduction Is The Beat Answer For You. If You Are DeadE St On Doing A Cycle Study Study Study And Get Your Gear Together . Take 6 Months Of Study Time And Work Out Hard On The Cardio. When Some One Says Take 4 Years And Then Come Back It Can Dishearten You. Dont Be Put Off By THIS KEEP The Goal You Have In Your Mind You Can Do It., 6 Months Lofts Of Cardio Lots Of Water 1 Gallon A Day Lots Of Study And Then You Will Have The Tools To Better Judge If Its The Time To Start A Cycle.

    totally - when people say 'don't do gear' they don't mean never - they mean at this stage it won't help you attain your goals.... the great thing is this forum contains ALL the information you'll ever need to get into awesome shape - you just need to study, absorb & apply it consistently, then you will get to a stage where you will know exactly what you need to do & when.
