    ostoeporosus/deca cycle

Can anyone recomend a good theraputic dose/cycle of Deca ? I am 34yo and have been diagnosed with osteopenea which is the first stage of osteoporosus and can be reversed. Basically like skin, bones degenerate and regenerate as they are organs but in my case my bones had degenerated faster than they could regenerate so I have a low bone mineral density. After some research, discovered that as's can increase bone density and is sometimes prescribed for this when other treatments fail. After discussing this with my doc and others, all of them prefere to prescribe Fosamax which is suppose to increase bone density. However, I am expected to take this crap for at least 2 years (before I am considered for steroid therapy) to reverse the problem and as i had suffered a few vertebrae fractures, I just don't have the time to sit around and hope to get better. I am a nurse and enjoy my work but have to tolerate a lot of pain. Lifting is out of the question also. Can anyone recomend a theraputic dose/cycle of Deca which is the prefered drug of choice for this ailement. The official TD is 50-100mg per week every 2-3 weeks but thats all the info I can get without asking a doctor

Look into HGH if you can do it long term it may help with bone density as well. As far as deca for theraputic reasons, I would go with 100-200mgs/week
