What can I expect?
Im looking to do a stack of Deca and winni. This is my first time doing roids. What can I expect?

Welcome to AR. I suggest you do some researching before you begin. Deca and winni is a terrible combo in the hands of a beginner. Take a look at this:

yep like surrender said... some members are very very helpful...
but i think they would say do a Test based cycle for your first and also
Deca MAY make you "unable to cum" (as stated in another post) or get a hard on "Deca dick"
and winni gives you weak joints or so i hear alot... from members that have used it (all with over 5000 posts told me this)

well there are two of us:
Me:
6'3 230
age: 20
Him:
6'5 220
age: 18
Active lifters since we were both 15. This past summer was our most intense, we lifted 6 days a week with a personal trainer who was a former pro bodybuilder. During that time we took some pro hormones.
Is that enough? what else do you need?
What would be a good stack? we really want deca because we have read that there awesome gains the first time you do it.
Our goals are simply BIGGER, faster, stronger.

Both are really too young to be starting AAS please read some more before screwing up your natural HPTA

Sorry Im new, what is AAS? We still would like to take something. What are some good choices?

At your ages, you are producing way plenty enough of natural hormones to make you gain big time if you eat and train correctly. If you start messing with your natural hormone levels too soon, you risk causing permanant damage at a young age and not knowing enough about AAs is the first mistake . We both feel that we are done growing. I've been 6'3 since I was a sophmore and hes been 6'5 since then too. Over the summer we had some good gains with our personal trainer but now we feel we can better ourselves by using.

Were from the midwest. We really just want to get alot bigger and stronger and being shredded wouldnt hurt either.

Proper dieting and training with adequate rest. That's really all there is to it.

Well whats that include? Im in college so I have cafeteria food. My lifting is pretty good already.

there is a diet forum here that will help you out.
If you are limited on food, then AAS is definetly NOT gonna do you any good right now. You will have to make sacrafices and figure out how to get the food you need if you truly want to grow

Well I know I could use the cafeteria for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If I need more I can get it. I just need to know what to get. Also what sups? I have two prohormones bottles.

eat six or seven times a day at least three times your body weight in carbs (oats, brown rice yams are all good choices) and at least 2 times your weight in protein (chicken, tuna, red meat, and pork are good) also some good fats peanut butter is good. do this and you will gain weight faster then you would ever thought possible. the pro hormones are a no no at your age too. after learning to eat this way maybe then look into aas in a few years.

also try and hit at least 4000 calories a day. it should be fairly easy if you take my advice above.
