pct help

Hi just bout to finish cycle on week 11 now and just need a bit of help with pct. cycle was
tren 75ml ed weeks 1-5
deca 600ml weeks 1-11
test cyp weeks 1-13
gained bout 10 kgs(22 pound) s
ive got nolvadex i was going to run with for
weeks 13-15 40mg ed
weeks 15-17 20mg ed
i also have arimiadex should i use it in this lot of pct or hold it for another cycle
and i was going to use clen as well how should i include it with my pct thanks

If you use the search function, you'll find that your planned PCT isn't enough for how much gear you are coming off of.

There are literally hundreds of threads about PCT and proper protocol.
