    sleep and aas

alright ive been thinking bout this for a little bit... i know sleep is very important while using aas, but i was curious as if there is a too much amount of sleep.. for instance i would say to much sleep would be when it is cutting into your meals... but when i look at my schedule and life right now, being a college student and my last semester at school, i have a ton of free time. mostly all my classes are at night time at 6pm.. so i have a lot of time in between meals and workouts to sleep... i was wondering if thats better to be taking naps throught out the day to promote growth within the body.. i figured 8hrs a night is the ideal amount for the body to recover properly.... but what do you guys think of taking a lot of naps during the day and inbetween meals ? is that a good idea cause i know my schedule is wiiiide open for that so lemme know what you think

cnt really see it as an issue than it lowering the total amount of time you have to eat good. I personally like to get in 7 small meals a day when cycling and would not be able 2 if I was a sleep for along time.
