3 days to lose lbs for $$1,000.00 dollars.... please help.
What would be the best way to drop as much weight as i can wheather it be muscle, fat, water.... just need the scale to show me weighing as much as possible in the next 3 days.... any ideas would be great... it's for a work contest and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place are all hanging out around the same weight loss and I am currently in 3rd wanting to take the 1000 dollar prize pool. Thanks for any help!!
p.s. i'm on clen / t3 right now as well.

Sounds healthy. Employers do that so they're employees will get healthier and not get sick as much ect. Not to go take drugs. Good luck winning though. No healthy safe way to drop weight in 3 days.

but seriously... any advice from any guys that know what might be helpful a couple days before going up on stage? Anything they might eat/not eat? certain times to not drink water or to drink lots of water? extra cardio? etc...? any ideas would be great.. Thanks!

I wana lose weight so I can win 1000 dollars so I can buy more steroids to gain more weight.....

i've come this far.... i'm not backing down with only having 3 more days to go.... but yes i understand i shouldn't be thinking about getting smaller..... anyway... hope someone can give me some ideas instead of personal opinions. Thanks

you can drop 20 pounds in a few hours on an exercize bike with trash bag suit on, all water, and some milk of magnesia would help too

id say: go get colonic irregation, like hack said, you can lose a shitload of weight (lol) from doing so. plus, get rid of as much water as possible out of your body. no big deal if its for just one day. get in the sauna, do cardio whilst wearing bin liners, and plenty of layers of clothing, hell, maybe even get some laxatives for the big day.
saying that, i still think kales answer would be the winner

Depending on how much you need to loose
I wrestled for years and always needed to cut weight fast if it looked like my chances were better at a different class. Don't eat...it's only three days and if you do, go for oranges and bananas (yes, you will shit your brains out) and don't drink too much water: each pint of water weighs 1lb. I used to drop ten pounds in a day. For example I'd be at 120 preparing to wrestle at 119 and then my coach would tell me I would be going in at 112. So, I put on the microwave (basically a trash bag over your body) and would do hours of cardio. Safe? No. But as soon as weigh-in was over, I'd rehydrate, get some protien in me and go to match. In three days, if you have any cardio endurance at all you should be able to loose 15 pounds easy. I lost 7.5 today at Jits class and just added a pound with a post roll pint of beer!

seriously... the only weight u will lose is water and shit haha...
Go get a dihuretic or howveer that is spelled.. piss ur brains out.. take some laxatives... minimize ur sodium intake and no joke go to the gym the morning before the contest and excercies with a trash bag on then sit in the sauna for a 1/2... then limp to work and weigh in..
in amm seriousness tho.. its not worth it.. if u diodnt lose weight right by now then u should just accept the loss... the stress ur gonna put on your body for some stupid 1000 bucks isnt worth it.. i mean i dunno.. to each his own.. but there is no way u will lose enough fat in 3 days to make a diff... focus on water and shit

just do as the wrestler says. and to be a lil safer dont go to extremes.. but if u a big guy 20 lbs of water can be lost the last day... just gotta time it right.. dont start dehydrating too early... also diuretics will help but they wont make it any safer..

take some of that hollywood diet drink shit. then at the same time drink half a gallon of apple juice.you will certainly drop your colon clear out of you a$$....thats at least a few pounds. then get in the sauna & do jumping jacks in there for a while....

Diruetci would help with loosing water weight. Shave all the hair off your body. Have a colon cleanse aswell.
There really isn't anything that you can do besides those, only other option would be lipo.
Why would your work only give you 3 days to loose weight? That's a really short amount of time.

they gave us 8 weeks..... i could have done better than what I have done.... i've lost 20 lbs so far.... but two other people lost 21 lbs so i'm in 3rd place just off by a lb or so.... that's why i'm looking for a little extra to help out at the end... know what i mean? but thanks for all the tips everyone.... how do you wear a trash bag at the gym?? won't i look a little funny at 24 hour fitness with a trash bag on? how do you even wear a trash bag? sounds like a good idea though the night before the weigh in...

nah not the night.. the morning off... jog or cycle for an hour (without dying) and then sit in the sauna.. ull hit weigh in like 10lbs lighter
but hope the 1000 bucks makes u feel better about cheating when there is some poor woman there who busted her ass to lose 20lbs and now feels like its useless cuz some asshole decided to run in a trash bag hahahhhaa

before i got an endoscope done i had to take a 'fleet' laxitive 2 bottles one the night b4 and one at 6am the day of....no food after 11pm 2 days b4 and lots of water until the night b4 i lost 10lbs in that time of jus water and no exercise... but felt like dying.
when i used to wrestle i used to do the garbage bag thing,to make weight, but for the hours of running and doing stairs it totally killed me at least with the laxitive way u can get sum sugar water or pop and feel a crap load better.

dude you can do it much safer than taking laxatives... get a rubber suit and work out 4 to 5 times aday running about 3 to 4 miles per workout in your rubber suit and heavy sweats and dont replace your fluids i would recommend doing this the very last day... im a former wrestler and i know ppl who would drop 10-15lbs in one day ! working out like animals and they just burn that water off... for me my best was only 10 in one day

get on that exercize bike for about an hour or 2, and leave that suit on until.. say 11 or midnight, noly pulling it down or taking it off to shit your brains out from that milk of magnesia. the heat you build up in the gym around 5 or 6 will last you a long time. if you start to cool off do some jumping jacks or pushups or whatever it doesnt matter just heat up break a sweat again. at 11-12 take that suit off and get in a cold cold ice cold shower nothing feels better than that. sometimes its hard to sleep dehydrated and all you can think about is gettin some water but just push through it.
also if you have access to a sauna you could just sit in there instead of getting on a bike, that would be a lot better really, you wont cramp up as much or anything, bike is really just if you cant get in a sauna
after you weigh in take your 1000$ down to the store and get a couple gallons of gatorade, and drink them fast, you need to replace all the sweat and everything you lost
DONT take diuretics , that will be TOO MUCH if you are doing all of this, dont worry about any colon slense stuff, the milk of magnesia will do that and much moreLast edited by one8nine; 09-13-2006 at 05:49 AM.
