still zero sperm count and 4 months clean

i come of steriods end of febuary and still have zero sperm count.
i only did one shot of deca + 5 tabs of winny a day but for 3 years almost continously. is there any way to help my sperm count i did clomid end of cycle, should i use it again ?
any help would be appreicted i know my cycle was stuped

first of all you need to educate yourself better before you continue to use juice, also i have a few question-

1- you are telling us you used deca at 200mg a week and five tabs of winny a day for 3 years!! I would like to know your winny dose were they 2.5 or 5 mg tabs? also I think you better go to the doctor and get blood work asap you are also proff that the toxic orals are overatted

2- what gains have you made in 3 years, and the last four month how much muscle have you lost and how bad of a crash did you have?

3- last question, how bad did your nuts shrink? ( deca is the most suppersive drug out there), and did you use any hcg during your cycle?

Hey bro there was an article in Muscular Development Mag this month about low sperm counts. They did a study and found that men with normal and low sperm counts how took zinc (66mg per day) and folic acid (5mg per day) boosted their sperm counts by 74% .. I would talk with your doc bro .. but i would try using these supplements in the mean time .. couldn't hurt at all ...

I wonder how your hypothalamus has responded after 3 years on cycle...

I WOULD do a blood profile and find out what you are pushing after cycling for 3 years. A test for LH (Lutenizing Hormone) may be a good call, FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hromone) and Total T and Free T.

LIsten winny100 first of I am sorry to hear what has happend to you. I am not intending to flame but i really wish you get that fixed out. Go to a doctor. I know if that happend to me i would be really worried about the whole thing. And guys i'm sorry but winny is right, i know taken deca for 3 years is not the right thing, but it's done and you guys should be more supportive then repeating how stupid it was... it solves nothing. HighFall good call on that reply about the facts. I think it helped. I'm sorry i have no knowledge on this matter but it just bothered me to see people repetedly see "for 3 years?", specially on AR. well thats good news, i heard proviron can help in production in sperm volume, and it will not suppress natural test fuction so maybe you can look into it. also if you don't mind me asking how old are you and how long have you cycled in the past?

Do you know exactly what the reading was? Below average is probably not good. When the doc says its still normal, it would also be normal for a 70 year old man. I am guessing you are rather young.

Unfortunately, there is nothing much an average doctor will do for you.

If LH is low, that means its a pituitary problem. In addition, FSH means the testes aren't up to par as well.

Hopefully you have a knowledable doc who will prescribe you some HCG to kick start your testes again and after go for a couple of months on clomid and some high dose tribulus to wake up the pituitary.

Try an endocrinologist who can do a complete profile on you and tell you what you need to do as well as supervise your progress. You need a specialist, not just your normal doctor. Not flaming bro, but a specialist in hormonal imbalances is what you need.
