Second Cycle. Opinions please
Background :
Age : 39
Height : 5'7"
Weight : 200 lbs.
Fat : 16-18 %
Waist : 33
Years training : 12
Cycles : 1
Training Split : 5 on 2 off.
Chest,back,shoulders,legs : 16 sets
Biceps, Triceps, Traps, Forearms, Calves, Abs : 10 sets
Cardio : 20 mins. 4 days a week.
Meals a day : 6 ( Protein 50 %, Carbs 35 %, Fat 15 % ) Around 4500 calories
Supplements : Creatine,Glutamine,Whey,Vit C, Vit E, Multivitamin, Saw Palmetto, ***** 3 and Zinc.
Ectomorph body type
I just finished my first cycle; 500 mgs of Test for 10 weeks. Trained like crazy with a very clean diet, and the results, awesome ! Believe me guys. I am more than glad with i have accomplish. By now, i'm keeping most of my muscular gains with the correct PCT. Just gain a little fat, cause i increased my calorie intake and kept training hard.
I'm preparing my second cycle that will run from October - December; so i'm planning to include another cycle with Test ( Enanthate or Sustanon ) for 500 mgs/week and 450 mgs/week of Equipoise .
My goal is to gain more muscle with two or three cycles and then cut and mantain. My dream is to be 210 with 10 % body fat in 2 years more.
Opinions ?
Should i increase my calorie intake to gain more muscle ?

I am the same height and also noticed some fat gain on my test run of 500mg. Remember just because we are short, hard gainers, doesn't mean you can skip cardio 100 percent to help gains. Make sure you are hitting the cardio on your days off. Nothing crazy like HITT just keep it at about 95 percent to help keep the fat off.
