what is the best cycle for a newbie?

hey guys
i was doing research and looking at other peoples posts and i was finding it hard to get a straight answer out to see see waht is the best cycle for a newbie? like what to take and how much? i know it would vary on each person.

If youve been reading then you would know that 1 compound(test Enan) is recommended for a first cycle to see how your body reacts to AAS.

yeah 19 84kg i was taking suston 250 i was going 250mg a week then 4 weeks into it i was doing 500mg a week last for about 9 weeks i noticed a bit of gains but my diet was wrong and exercises weren't great but my diet is good now thanks to this site and so are my exercises.

i would go with Test prop, sust or supertest (blends with long/shot ester) i am on Test E and man Fck it... the shit takes far too long to kick in... dbol rules if you do want to go with any long ester

thnaks guys. this is a little bit off track but i'm going to start sust 250 again 500mg a week and winstrol but i wasn't sure when and how much to take? i wanted to take sust say monday and thursday? and bit confused with winstrol

haha yeah i loooked it up and found it. i don't take anything that i don't know about i found on site what the dosage's vary between so i'm set now. thanks guys

sust should be shot at least every 3 days, most go with ed or eod though. and the winny should be 50mgs a day for about the last 6 wks

Okay first of... he is 19 ...

Why Beefy man would you recommend Test Prop? which needs to be shot EOD or ED.

Also why would anyone recommend a second compound. its your first cylce stick with test see how your body reacts. No need to add diffrent compounds. on first cycle.

Here,this can give you an idea,not everybody react the same way to test,so is hard to said.Try different cycle with time,and stay with the best that work for you.

Well is's not mt first cycle i done one before with sust 250 250mg a week and then 4 weeks later went up to 500 mg a week.What happens if i take winstrol from the start? with the sust 250 or in say 4 weeks into it?
