    best fat burner

    Im 18 years old and looking for a fat burner to lose some pounds. I have looked into Hydroxycut and clenbuterol . I am on a football team, having 3 practices and a game, so i would get some good running in obviously, to go along with a good diet plan. Any thought on what to take as fat burning help. Thanks alot.

    everything you will find at a store will have caffiene which will give you that extra energy to run around and thus sweat your balls off.. clen raises body temp and works great. Id just cut any soda, jucie from your diet and eat clear.. if you are excercising this much there is no reason you cant look like an ethipopian

    its different because i am a linemen, i have a playing weight i like to play at, i had cut down alot after last season, but decided at teh last minute i would play another year, and went back up, so obviously being a linemen, my eating habits are so amazing, until i start my diet. So i am asking which fat burner is the best to take. I am most interested in Clenbuterol because the effects are amazing, says everyone i have talked to about it.

    u could eat high protein and keep it clean to limit the cals.. but if u must take something then click clen and order.. its good shit

    yea i know what your talking about, i lost alot of weight last year, and want to lost alot again, i did it before without the use of anything other than good eating and running/lifting. This time i want to speed the process up to help lose even more weight

    tighten up your diet. you seem to be getting plenty of cardio in. cleaning up your eating habits will help you shred that extra weight. ARR sells it in liquid form

    ok and in what way should i take the liquid form, i have heard a cycle using 20mg tabs is something like
    Day 1: 1 tab
    day 2: 2 tab
    day 3: 3 tab
    day 4: 4 tab
    day 5:5 tab
    day 6: 6 tab
    day 7-11: 7 tab
    day 12: 5 tab
    day 13: 3 tab
    day 14:1 tab

    Seriously, my impresison is that clenuterol is the most effective fat burner, but if you choose to use it make sure that you know the proper way to use it.

    Bro DNP Is the strongest fat bunner there is nothing like It Now the flip side DNP can kill you Or cause damage you can never come back from .... now with that said i have run DNP many many times over the years and a 10 day cycle can yeild 10-12 pounds of fat and no muscle loss if diet is in check........ but much research and respect is needed for DNP there are many sides which would depend on what version of DNP

    you use the powder version tai ? thats some nasty shit truned My piss neon yellow and the sweats were bad i sleep in AC with a fan on me and still woke up in a puddle of sweat

    okay i read through that, and it says stuff like take one mcg per pound of body weight, while at another point it says not to. It was very helpful in other ways, but not on how to cycle it. My understanding is you dont go right into taking a large ammount of it, and you dont just stop cold turkey at the end of your cycle. That is just my understanding, i may be wrong. If anyone needs this, i am 5 10 1/2- 5 11" and am 235 lbs

    bro forget about DNP I would Not even suggest it ......... DNP is VERY VERY STRONG and It can Kill you if not taken right....... there is a lot to DNP like making sure your temp is right adjusting dose to body temp Not size SO Forget about DNP look in Over the counter things But I would say

    Dial in to your diet first at 18 man hit the diet and training fourm I bet if you cleaned up your diet and learned how your body responds than you will be right where you need to be even Clen is no easy fix with some of the sides you can get like cramping and head achs, shakes and so On

    Dude it would be stupid for us to give you any other advice than deit and cardio,especialy being that you never once mentioned your BODY FAT.....

    What is you BF???? at 5 10 1/2 235 lbs???????I bet alot higher than what would be safe to run clen or dnp with........

    the best fat burner is to eat only meat and veggies- i've run DNP twice and it's not nearly as effective @ 600mg's/day as the atkins diet is.

    yea my current meal plan will revolve alot around Tuna with light mayo, and dejon mustard, with onions, and green peppers in it. Aswell as egg whites, with a single egg, so it tastes just like im having regular eggs with yolks, but little fat at all. With the tuna ill have one whole wheat english muffin, to make a melt out of it. Maybe have one or two pieces of whole wheat toast with the eggs. That is pretty much my everyday breakfast and lunch. Dinner will be chicken, pork, etc... Also have juice plus pills, which have serving of vegetables, and others that have sevings of fruit.

    seriously my friend cut out the english muffins and fruit period. like i said only meat and veggies and you will cut like no other. if i were cutting for football, i'd much rather nail my diet than relax a little in conjunction with fat burners. before i'd even discovered the poiens known as clen and DNP i'd already upset my brain chem with ECA, caffeine, and cocaine. i got so bad that i had multiple full-blown panic attacks every day and needed klonopin and/or xanex just to function. and it all started in one day for me, lik one day i was normal, the next day i had many panic attacks a day until i took lexapro for about a year to get as close to normal as possible. not to mention later on when i got into DNP and lost all my gains from 2 cycles in about 2 weeks. why poison yourself when you can cut very, very fast just by nailing your diet?
