Flinching delt

I started injecting a cc e/w into my delts. The first time I injected into my right delt it was sore about 5 days..longer then the first time I shot the left...Ok..went away and alls fine now, But my right delt continues to flinch when my arm/shoulder is rested. Anyone have this??

It's common. No worries. Same thing happens when I do pec injections.

what causes this to happen?

there is probably presure from the depot of the shot against a nerve this can cause it to contract.

ya its pretty wierd, didnt know what was wrong either
